Requirements for submissions for posting to this
site.

All submissions:
Submitted via email or as attachments to:
webmaster@twincityrodandgun.com
Email general requirements:
Subject line should say "Posting Submission"
Email text must include:
Date submitted, desired "post by" date, and desired posting duration
Desired posting page or pages [WM may adjust to suit site design]
Reason for or intent of the submission
Name of approving club Officer or Director [will be checked]
Name, valid email address and phone number of submitting person
Text Submissions:
Submitted within the body of the email will be formatted by the WM
Format specific text must be submitted as an attached file
Acceptable file formats are [MS Word] .doc, [Rich Text] .rtf or .htm
Picture Submissions:
JPEG .jpg format only - maximum file size 240 Kilobyte [4x4 in,
100dpi, 50% compression]
Note: for web page display, scanned resolution over 100dpi is wasteful
and slow loading
Do not exceed 10 pictures or 3 Megabyte total email size per
submission
For each picture, include in email body: file name and size, caption
desired or description
Note: for identifiable or named persons you may have to show their
permission to publish |
To insure reasonable load times, WM may use
thumbnails and/or links to other pages
Links:
Links to other clubs and related or affiliated organizations are
permitted
Links must be to the home page (no deep links) unless specifically
authorized
No commercial links are accepted without prior permission of the Board
of Directors
